Meet the Team
Boris Fadeev
Boris Fadeev is a seasoned builder and real estate developer with over 30 years of experience guiding projects from acquisition through construction and final delivery.
Throughout his career, he has successfully developed millions of square feet and thousands of multifamily apartments, including more than 1,300 units in San Francisco and Berkeley—often in some of the most challenging urban markets.
Originally from Europe, Boris brings a global perspective and a hands-on approach to every project, combining deep industry knowledge with a focus on quality construction and long-term value. He has called California home for the past 13 years, where he lives with his wife and children.
Cody Fornari
Mr. Fornari is a builder and real estate developer with over a decade of experience leading complex real estate projects from concept to completion. A 4th generation Californian, he is a licensed general contractor and a licensed real estate broker, giving him a well-rounded perspective that blends technical expertise, market insight, and hands-on execution.
He began his career building homes from the ground up, developing a deep, practical understanding of quality construction and project management in the field. Following the 2008 financial crisis, Mr. Fornari transitioned into institutional-scale real estate, where he helped assemble and renovate some of the largest single-family rental portfolios in the country.
Today, he focuses on creating well-built, enduring housing solutions—delivering value to his clients and quality to the communities he serves.
Alexsander M. Cullins
Alexsander M. Cullins is a dynamic and results-driven professional with a proven track record in corporate sales, executive account management, and team leadership. With over a decade of experience across industries—from financial technology to automotive and education—Alexsander has built a reputation for fostering strategic relationships, delivering client-focused solutions, and driving business growth.
Currently expanding his professional scope into project management and real estate, Alexsander brings a powerful blend of analytical thinking, operational expertise, and relationship-building. As a licensed California real estate agent, he is passionate about helping individuals and families find homes that meet their needs, while also exploring opportunities in commercial real estate. His ability to navigate complex processes, adapt to change, and lead with integrity makes him a trusted partner across both corporate and real estate environments.
Alexsander holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Phoenix. His passion for continuous learning, strategic thinking, and elevating team performance fuels his forward momentum in every role he takes on.
A Pasadena native, Alexsander proudly resides in his hometown with his wife and two sons.
David Bruss
Mr. Bruss has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, with a primary focus on construction management, pre-construction, and risk management. His broad skill set and deep industry knowledge come from hands-on experience across all phases of construction. He has extensive expertise in estimating, scheduling, and field coordination.T
hroughout his career, Mr. Bruss has worked for respected firms including Dreyfuss Construction, Reeve-Knight Construction, and Hearn Construction, gaining experience on a wide range of project types—ranging from single-family and multi-family housing to commercial, hospitality, and industrial developments.
Most recently, he worked for Tricorp Hearn Construction, where his responsibilities spanned estimating, contracting, risk management, and legal affairs.
